Ruby was very kind and helpful in our purchase.
However, the shipping took much longer than agreed.
The machine is good and works.
I had a problem with the nose hair head adittion, it melted while using, but the supplier sent another one.
Would appreciate more information from the supplier for using it, like the videos or a manual book to be included.
